## Product
DGC is a coding-agent harness for a local model, compatible API, or supported coding subscription. For native local/API routes, DGC owns context, permissions, tools, execution, verification, sessions, plans, goals, MCP, skills, hooks, and terminal/editor presentation. Subscription routes delegate model and tool execution to the supported vendor CLI while DGC retains its session, SessionStart/Stop hooks, mode mapping, and presentation.
